• طبيعة المنتجات والصحة العامة: نظراً لطبيعة منتجات التجميل والعناية الشخصية ولأسباب تتعلق بالصحة والسلامة، لا يمكن إرجاع أو استبدال أي منتج تم فتحه أو استخدامه أو إزالة غلافه الأصلي.

• المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة: في حال استلامك لمنتج تالف أو غير مطابق لطلبك، يُرجى التواصل معنا خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 48 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام مع إرفاق صورة واضحة للطلب.

• شروط قبول الإرجاع: يجب أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية غير مستخدم، في عبوته وتغليفه الأصلي، مع إرفاق إثبات الشراء.

• استرداد الأموال: بعد فحص المرتجعات والتأكد من مطابقتها للشروط، يتم إرجاع المبلغ المدفوع عبر وسيلة الدفع الأصلية أو التحويل المصرفي في غضون 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.

• Hygiene and Safety: Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products and for health and hygiene reasons, items that have been opened, unsealed, or used are not eligible for return or exchange.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

• Return Conditions: Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed via the original payment method or bank transfer within 3 to 7 business days.
